- Description: In the middle of one of Kenya's worst ever droughts, a journey of giraffe makes its stately way across a dry river bed, no doubt in search of water. To my human eye, all that was visible in the distance was a mirage, adding an element of futility and pathos to their quest. I hope that what they found was real water and not a vision.
