The owner left his hometown to pan for gold in San Francisco, U.S.A., and built a farmhouse with classical western architectural features in a remote depression in his hometown (Baisha Town, Taishan City, Guangdong Province) with the money he saved. After a hundred years of baptism, the style and form are still well preserved.
