- Description: I was woken up early this morning by the sound of the firecrackers. I rushed outside to see the whole village in their best attire celebrating Eid. Eid commemorates the end of the holy month of Ramadan. Families gather for festivities. I was invited to share a cup of tea and sweets in the houses of families from the village. This little angel stood there staring at me.
