Description: The rich volcanic floor of the Lembeh strait in Sulawesi is one of the worlds most valuable marine biodiverse areas.
Tiny species like this nudibranch-hypselodorus tryoni , live alongside much larger creatures like the relatively enormous Protoreaster nodosus starfish. Both beautiful and seeking food on the seafloor.
Relative protection of the nudibranch being a similar colour camouflage, but indeed at risk should the starfish decide to eat it- a scavenger by nature.
